    The first time you shop with us at our store in Kolkata, we create an account in your name and e-mail the details to you. You can change your password for security reasons. Alternatively, click on the register button on our home page to create an account in your name.

  • What are the benefits of creating an account with Onaya Fashions?

    Onaya Fashions saves all your measurements, preferences and other details. You can stay updated with our latest offers and be guaranteed tailor-fitted perfection.

  • Is there a reward program?

    Yes, for every 100 Rs. spent at Onaya, you will earn 1 reward point (equivalent to 1 Rs.) that you can redeem on your next purchase with us. However, reward points cannot be redeemed on items which are on sale. These points are not transferrable and under no circumstances can these points be redeemed for cash or credit. These points are only valid for our physical store and our official website.

  • I forgot my password, how do I reset it?

    Click on the forgotten password button after pressing the login button, and you will receive a link on your registered email address to reset your password.

  • Can I edit my personal information?

    Yes, you can edit your personal information submitted to us at any time.

  • Is it mandatory to register to shop at www.onaya.in?

    Our customer care team will revert to your queries within 48 hours of receiving your mail.

  • What are the shipping charges?

    Please call our customer care team to understand the status of your order, before we can confirm to your change of shipping address request.

  • When will my order be delivered?

    Your order will be delivered within 7-10 days for ready-made garments and 21-25 days for custom-fit dresses. You can read our shipping policy for further details.

  • Can I collect my online order from your offline store?

    No. Online orders cannot be collected from our physical store.

  • What if I am not available when the order is delivered?

    Our delivery executive will try a maximum of two times to deliver your order, before it is returned to our warehouse.

  • How can I track my order?

    Once we accept your order and ship your product, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with the tracking details for you to stay updated about your order status.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

  • What happens if the wrong product was delivered to me?

    We ensure a stringent operations process, so the chances of a wrong order getting delivered are very slim. Upon the rare occasion of such a mishap occurring, we will accept your return and credit your account in case of pre-payment. You can choose whether you still want the correct item to be delivered, or forfeit the order placed altogether.

  • Can I return/exchange my online order at the Onaya store?

    No, you cannot exchange an online order offline.

  • What are the online payment options available on your website?

    You can pay via credit/debit card, online bank transfer by using our payment gateways while shopping with us on our website.

  • Do you provide cash on delivery (cod) service?

    No, we do not provide COD service on our garments due to the current pandemic.

  • My transaction failed, I received a payment gateway error message please help.

    Please contact your bank for assistance on this. In case we have received any anauthorized amount, it will be refunded to you within seven business days.

  • I am based out of India and I want to place an order for a delivery abroad. Is it possible?

    Yes, we do accept international shipping requests.

  • Can I combine different styles of dresses into one dress?

    At Onaya, while we do offer custom sizing requests, we do not alter the design of or garments.

  • Is there a minimum order value for made to measure?

    No. You can request a custom-fit look for any outfit where the custom-fit option is available.

  • Do you have seasonal sales?

    Yes. You can subscribe to our newsletters to stay updated with our sales and offers.

  • What about additional charges such as taxes, duties, tariffs payable on my order?

    The amount you see at the time of check out is inclusive of all charges. No other hidden costs whatsoever.

  • I just placed an order but realized that I want to change some details. What do I do?

    Please get in touch with our customer care team for assistance.

  • Where are your custom-made garments produced?

    All our garments are manufactured in-house at our factory in Kolkata.

  • Can you copy the fit of an existing suit that I have?

    Yes. If you avail our custom fit option, we will collect your existing suit for a reference guide to make the new garment of the exact same fit.

  • If I'd like to make a gift purchase, could you send the order without an invoice?

    Yes, you can pay online and change the shipping address to get the item delivered to your preferred location. Please contact our team incase you want the invoice to be e-mailed to you separately.
