If within 10 days of your shipment reaching you or being picked up at our store, your garment does not meet your expectations, you may return the same for an alteration.
All alterations take 7 working days to process, though we will try to get to you sooner.
Remakes are subject to stock and fabric availability.
Alteration or remake requests must be submitted within 10 days of when you receive your item(s).
